We had a sudden issue with slippage on a UPVC front door which threw the lock alignment out, stopping the front door locking mechanism from engaging.
Very reliable very quick service also polite and helpful would highly recommend
The new lock was fitted to my mum's front very quickly and Josh also took off his shoes while doing the work (new flooring down).
Josh came at short notice, opened a couple of window childlocks we'd inherited in the purchased house with such ease and speed that initially he didn't even want to charge us his very reasonable callout fee.
Came out in about 10 mins and had the door open straight away at 1 in the morning.
He made sure we got matching door handles and adjusted the door to make sure everything worked properly before leaving.
Also sorted an additional fix on my front door and was thorough in assessing / resolving the problem
