Nathan and his team managed a property I was a tenant in, and they were always extremely helpful, kind and understandable throughout my tenancy.
Whenever there was an issue Nathan was contactable via WhatsApp and quick to respond, resolve or update me on any issues which could not be updated quickly.
The moving-in process was smooth, and the handover protocol was professionally done.
Portul let's took over when I was mid term on my lease, and what a change it was, they sorted out the problems the previous letting agency ignored and brought cleaners in, to sort out the shared rooms of the house.
The house was clean and a cleaner comes every fortnightly which is a big help for me as a working professional.
