After initial contact, we will discuss your needs and then we usually spend around 3 to 4 hours on a full property inspection, depending on the size of the property. All our surveys include a detailed report, written in plain English and complete with photographs. We are available to discuss any defects in detail with you and can also advise if there are any possible repairs needed.

Notice to all home owners - walk around your house every now and then and really look at it - because we had never noticed that the timber support above our bay window was rotting, and neither did a previous surveyor for a prospective buyer who, regardless of this issue he never knew anything about, had never owned an older house and decided that he wanted to buy 'new build'].
Having previously been looking in Scotland, we were well aware of what you normally see on a report but was blown away with the level of detail and some of the photos that Simon had been able to take.
