Something else which RG excels at is communication. Builders are not known for being the best communicators, but I have to say that Damian was superb. He regularly called me to advise what was happening and when and updated me along the way at each phase of the project. Equally, if not more impressive, was the fact that he ensured he always answered the phone whenever I called. This might seem trivial but trust me, it isn't. This simple gesture made me feel like a valued customer which was very important to me and in stark contrast to my previous builder.

He took on my project (a lintel replacement) at very short notice and did an excellent job.

After much frustration trying to get the Estate Agent organised, Damian was able to get in to assess the roof, establish if a wall was load bearing, check a flat roof, assess the mortar and pointing and check on a spot of mould.
Called RG developments yesterday to replace a broken ridge tile, and they called out this morning and replaced it in no time,highly recommended, will be definitely be using them again.
