Peter communicated very well and when it came to sanding the latency after the initial installation, was able to flex to suit my needs when a last minute date change was needed.
Price was as quoted even though it was poured thicker to compensate for the floor not being level.
The quote was much better than we thought it would be and they were more than honest to tell how we can save on costs such as buying and laying the membrane ourselves and if needed on the day the workforce doing the screed would be more than willing to tidy or secure areas that may be not quite there.
Turned up on time, did exactly what they said they would, left site clean and tidy.
