Simon's approach is very much 'hands on' and he has been vital in helping us understand all of the 'official' things that need to be done when undertaking a project; submitting the necessary paperwork when needed, as well as recommending builders, tradesmen and other services-such as structural engineers, that he has used and had positive experiences with, (Simon gets nothing from these recommendations but we found them to be a useful starting point for our quotes, and in several instances ended up going with the people he recommended).

Our whole project ran without a hitch and I personally credit a lot of that to the level of detail and information our builder had available through Simon’s designs and drawings.
