Steve recently replaced our outdated ensuite, the area was tiled from top to bottom and the attention to detail making it look brilliant, the shower tray being low level could have proved diffucult but Steve found the best way to achieve the best way to make sure the waste water flowed away efficiently and always asked where shower contols would be best for us, not just fit them that would be easiest, in short Steve always put's the customer first and was always on time and left every thing tidy and clean before he left each night, I can only thank Steve for his work and he would be number one person to go too for any future work and would recommend him to anyone, and to add icing to the cake he's a lovely bloke as well.
From the start, nothing was too much trouble, here are just a couple of examples: The tiles we chose were on special offer initially, but due to delays (we had other work going on) the offer finished and the new price was rather expensive, but Steve spoke with the retailer and secured us a very good price, to be held until we were ready.
He turns up when he says he will and does a really thorough and careful job.
Steve fitted a new WC, washbasin + unit and radiator.
We have now had Steve to refit 2 bathrooms in pretty unconventional spaces which required problem solving and research, mixing made to measure fittings and sometimes adapting them to fit in our awkward rooms.
Steve converted an old downstairs bathroom into a fully tiled wet room, with a new shower, toilet, washhand basin and radiator in spring 2021.
Steve was very responsive, quick and considerate of our needs and fit a shower screen for us in such a short period of time, even looking at making sure it was easy to use for when we bath the baby.
It was great to have someone trustworthy working on our bathroom whilst we enjoyed our holiday.
He recently fitted an entire new bathroom for us and we are delighted with the end result and his attention to detail.
Steve did a great job removing a broken shower screen and fitting a new one.
