*Updated from 5 star rating* Fantastic Service at a great price. I dealt with Kosi, who was friendly and professional. We did a Level 3 Building survey for a potential property buy, and I must say that the report was thorough and very easy to understand. Unfortunately, though, once we purchased the property we realised that a whole section of our boundary had been missed in the survey due to the owner of the house at the time hindering access (by placing a bin) to the side alleyway. Disappointed that the Surveyor didn't think to move the bin or walk around it, but hey, apparently that's too much to do when providing a Level 3 Building Survey.
