My lock broke during the weekend and Two Brothers did an outstanding job !
Luckily called Geoff who came out quickly within the hour to repair the lock and he did a fantastic job.
I locked the door and left keys inside my flat, so it was an emergency.
Friendly, personable, and genuinely care about the service they’re providing!
I call Two Brothers and send a video of the issue to Geoff, who just told me what I needed to do to unlock the lock and solve the issue.
He got me in a complicated lock system that involved drilling within 5 minutes, and managed to keep the box intact to minimize damage.
He talked me through everything he was doing and made sure that every key/lock was working.
Explained the service clearly, gave us a few options, recommended future upgrades, and was wealth of knowledge.
He went out of his way to open a door with three locks quickly in the morning when he had other commitments.
