We rang Warrington Lock and Safe around lunch time and they came out that afternoon to change our locks.
Firstly he managed to open the lock on our outside conservatory door even though there was a key on the inside of the lock and then after assessing the problem with the locked patio door, which initially refused to wield to his magic hands, he went away to study a similar mechanism back at his shop then today returned and resolved the problem which included the addition of a new multipoint locking system and adjustment of the fittings.
All got sorted out quickly and the pricing was very fair and transparent, and the service was friendly and professional, building trust.
Miles has replaced the lock mechanism on our bifold doors and the action and ease of the mechanism has never been so slick and precise even when it was new.
Myles responded promptly, delivered a quality service and went the extra mile with advice and a small additional repair.
Went along to this store today to find a very helpful and pleasant young lady who found the correct keyblank and then cut 2 x replacement keys.
