One house was full of issues and Ben's report helped us decide against proceding and the other house has a few challenges that you would expect given it's age but we are able to buy it knowing all the possible challenges, plus he identified many things that are excellent about the house.

Ben has a keen eye for detail, as shown in his report, and spent time walking through the critical areas of the survey with me via phone, which helped me make an informed decision about the property.

As well as this, he offered additional guidance for a couple of first time buyers which was invaluable, and continued to offer support on how to proceed with the survey results.

We had a L3 survey carried out, he was quick to respond and issue the report and we had a call to walk us through the results straight after the survey.

As a first time buyer, I found it really helpful how simple and efficient Wren kept things.

I would recommend using Wren over using a large surveying company where the service is hit and miss.

He also talked us through the findings on the phone, and was happy to take follow up questions, which was incredibly helpful.
