Clever concealed kitchen storage Over 70% of our customers say they want more storage in their new kitchen and with innovative storage solutions it is no longer necessary to compromise space for style. It may not be the most glamorous part of designing a kitchen but your kitchen won’t be functional unless you factor in your storage so it’s worth planning in early. Deciding on how you will store your pots and pans and choosing draw depths is just as important as picking out your kitchen colour. So, whether you are designing a totally new space and really want to maximise the storage potential or looking for ways to add more storage to your current kitchen, we have put together our ideas for a clutter free space.

FAQs

What is included in the cost?

We will usually produce a quotation for all the kitchen furniture, including any internal storage systems and other ironmongery (handles etc.). On top of this we usually quote for worktops, sinks and taps, splashbacks if there are to be any, and any appliances that we will be supplying. Installation is also shown as a separate item on the quotation. We are careful to specify exactly what is included in our quotation, and can advise on any extras that will be needed so that you have a clear understanding of the overall costs before we ask you to commit with a deposit.

Do you do supply-only?

We are happy to offer this if you have a particular reason to use your own installers, but would usually recommend that we install our own kitchens, as we are accustomed to the way they are put together and can ensure that the quality we insist on in manufacture can extend through to installation as well.

Do you supply appliances?

We only supply a few carefully selected appliances currently, such as Bora hobs, Quooker taps, Blanco sinks and taps, and Perrin and Rowe sinks and taps. We will help you with choosing your other appliances, and will make sure that they will all be compatible with the kitchen we have designed together, but usually recommend that you purchase them yourselves online as you will be able to get the best prices that way.

How long does installation take?

An average installation will take around 3-4 weeks in total. The bulk of the work is usually done within the first week, at the end of which we organise worktop templating. These take a week to manufacture before they can be installed. Once worktops are in place the sink and hob can be connected. Any wallcoverings (tiles/splashbacks) can be installed at this point. Finally, if you are having a hand-painted kitchen, this will take place once all the rest of the work is finished, and would likely add an extra week onto the whole project.

More detailed information is available on the FAQ page of our website.
