FAQs

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get an email confirmation straight away with a summary of your order. We will then call you to either arrange a delivery or give you an up to date lead time on any items that need to be ordered in. As soon as your items arrive at our warehouse we will then call you to arrange a delivery date.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We usually only send out order confirmations. If you need an Invoice with VAT breakdown we can do that usually the month after you have your goods delivered.

When is the order payment taken from my bank account?

For online orders payment is usually taken straight away. In some cases it can take up to 5 working days. You will have an option to pay either a deposit or the full amount during checkout.

When do I pay the balance?

When your items are in stock and we have a delivery date for you we will ask for the remaining balance. This can be paid in our shop or over the phone when we arrange delivery.
