Do you offer Quotations or Estimates?

We offer Quotations. Our quotes are never an estimate. You will have a home visit with Nathan and he will measure up, have a chat with you and get everything he needs to give you a full quotation which will never change unless you wish to amend a feature.

How long does it take to Book an Appointment and receive a Quotation?

Getting you booked in for an appointment is as simple as requesting one and we can usually get you booked in within a week. You will then receive your quotation within 48 hours of your appointment.

Do you have a large Team?

We find it most efficient to work in a team of 2 or 3. Nathan will always be present on your project to answer any questions you may have and Carlene is on hand in the office if you need anything outside of his working hours.

How long are you booked up for?

This can vary throughout the year, but we do try to keep our lead time down by taking on a limited amount of projects. This way Nathan can give your project his full devotion and ensure our high standards are reached. 2-8 weeks is a good average.

What are your Working Hours?

In order to get the most out of the working day but still be considerate to you and your neighbours, we aim to start at 8am and are generally finished before 4pm. Carlene works from an office at home and will be available at most times to take calls and emails before, during and after your project is completed.
