We always offer a guarantee of a minimum of 12 months and whatever product guarantee that comes with any materials we have provided. Some things such as aluminium doors or flat roof systems, we can offer a lot longer guarantees. However, we always advise clients to come back to us regardless, as even if your guarantee is now expired we always try to help out as we like to keep everyone as a client.

We always check on jobs for standard of work etc and we always have a sign-off meeting where if you're not happy with something, we will fix it before issuing an invoice. Our standards are very high and we show accountability if something is not up to scratch. We normally notice it before yourselves and we always endeavour to rectify it.

Once winning a quote we would raise a 1.5% deposit to secure the slot for the works. Once the project is started, we issue a progress claim at the agreed time intervals. This means we're always paid slightly in arrears vs work, except from the 1.5% deposit.

We like to try and keep all our work in house as we know everyone's standards and they know ours, however sometimes due to demand we have to outsource some labour, but this would always be with a vetted subcontractor who we have used in the past, and whose values are aligned with ours.
