How quickly can you be at my property?

We offer a range of response times to suit your needs. Our electricians and plumbers can be with you in 1 hour, 4 hours or 24 hours for emergency repairs. We can also schedule planned work at any time convenient for you.

Can you help with installing a new electrical system?

Yes! B. Knights Electrical Ltd offers a full design and installation service for commercial electrical systems. We can also provide smaller installations, such as emergency lighting, alarms and CCTV.

Can you provide maintenance contracts?

We offer ongoing maintenance services based on the needs of each system and premises. For systems in overall good condition, we return to inspect, test and maintain installations at regular intervals agreed with the client. For older systems, we revisit at intervals determined by the condition of installations.

Which regulations do you adhere to?

Our electricians comply with all the latest industry regulations and standards, including IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671, BAFE SP203-1 and BAFE SP 203-4.

Can you help?

We certainly can. Our emergency callout service is for electrical issues that might pose an immediate danger. We attend properties in Southampton, Basingstoke, Guildford and across the South of England as quickly as possible to assess hazards and provide effective repairs.
