Between each of our visits to you, we complete a cycle of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas completing other customers services. In normal circumstances this will take us 4 weeks to achieve. However, if there are any bank holidays and/or unsuitable weather experienced during this cycle then this will take us longer than 4 weeks. In these circumstances any subsequent appointments will be put back which means that your appointment may be later than your given due date. If your appointment has not been completed within the given time frame, we advise customers to get in touch with us for an update of their due date.

We are often asked by potential new customers if we need to sign up to any contract and the simple answer is NO. You are free to discontinue our services at any time you wish. We recommend clearing your gutters once a year to keep your gutters maintained, and to avoid causing damage to your property. We also recommend cleaning your conservatory roof twice a year to keep it looking clean and to get rid of algae before it turns green. We can add any of these services to our regular cleaning/maintenance schedule for you. We will notify you before it is due, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you for us to visit you and carry out this service. Adding these cleaning services to our regular cleaning schedule means that you can forget about organising them to be carried out. Let us do all the organising for you, and we will keep your home looking the best that it can.

We operate a regular service based on your chosen schedule of 4 or 8 weekly cleans. We are not able to offer an on demand service. Your booking becomes chargeable once the text message appointment notification is sent to our customers. Once this notification is sent your booking can not be cancelled or rescheduled. If have any reason to reschedule your appointment we do require 48 hours notice before your due date so that we can replace your booking with another customer who needs our service.

On completion of each service an invoice is sent by text message or email. We offer multiple methods of payment, including bank transfer, card payments, or even a very easy GoCardless direct debit facility where payments are taken automatically 7 days following each service. Simply follow the instructions in the text message to make your payment.
