Top Down Home Clean in Chilbolton, Hampshire: I joined forces with a fellow cleaner to tackle this job, effectively a light pressure wash from the tip of the chimney to the paths and patio around the property. We cleaned the roof and the hanging tiles, cleared the gutters and washed the fascias, soffits and underside of the guttering and downpipes. There are two good reasons to responsibly and safely clean a property like this, when preparing for sale and when you've moved in. A year or so ago, we cleaned this lady's home to improve the appearance and optimise the sale value, once she'd sold and moved in, she felt like she should treat the new property with the same 'top down clean' so maximise her enjoyment of the new home. We will soft wash the roof every two years now and divert the water/biocide mix running off the roof into drums via the downpipes so we can dispose of it responsibly.
