Yes! In fact we give our customers a range of options. For Windows, we recommend once a month. Some opt to have theirs done every other month depending on their area. For our additional services such as gutters and conservatories, we usually recommend these jobs once a year.

Nope! Our visits are completely obligation free, meaning you don't need to commit to future cleans via an agreed contract. You are free to have your Windows, Gutters or Conservatories cleaned for however long you'd like. We do ask that jobs be booked at least a few weeks in advance, and also for those wanting to cancel, it would be helpful to be notified as soon as possible to allow us to organise our schedule in advance and keep our work days consistent.

Yes! We try to work as best to the desired frequency, but our visit may not fall on the exact same date each month. You'll know roughly when to expect us on the upcoming week, but we make sure to notify all of our customers that we will be coming via text, the day before we come by.

No. Unfortunately we no longer accept cash as a method of payment. As of 2024, we're going completely Digital to improve our record of payments. This is also applicable to Cheques.
