Damp, Damaged, Stained Walls? This Victorian flat in central Hove had some damp issues with plaster falling off the walls. I first dug out all the affected areas and then treated with a couple of coats of waterproof sealant. I then filled the deeper holes and finished off with a thin plaster skim.
