We understand that sometimes a customer may feel uneasy surrounded by debris etc, however we will try our utmost to keep mess at a minimal and we will guarantee that all debris will be removed and tidied once the job is complete.

Our aim and intention is to provide all of our customers with such a service and show them exactly where there money is going. We usually do this by giving a customer a monthly balance sheet showing how their money has been used and what has been paid, we find that customers feel more relaxed with this method as it keeps them on track and shows them what they are getting.

Extensions come in all shapes and sizes so this is hard to say. An average 6mx3m single story extension should be completed in 6-8 weeks. As the project size increases so does the time. We will give an estimated time before commencing work and regular meetings, to keep you updated on the schedule and time remaining on the project.

We will carry out all plumbing work ourselves by experienced tradesman, however due to regulations we use tried and tested sub-contractors to carry out all Gas and electrical works. We will recommend our own sub-contractors but are happy to work with others if the client would like to use a preferred contractor.
