A.P. Berrystone is Swindon's Premier Extension Specialist established in 1989 with over 35 years experience, we specialise in house extensions and renovations, on both large and small properties. Hundreds of home owners in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire have trusted A.P. Berrystone to carry out building work to their homes and properties.

How soon could your builders start?

We will discuss and agree a start date with you. It usually takes around 2 - 3 weeks to identify and source matching bricks and complete all the legal paperwork. So depending on the status of current projects, we could start in 4 - 6 weeks.

What do you mean by fixed price - are there any extras?

The price we quote is guaranteed, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. When we quote for your building project we will provide a detailed specification, broken down by room showing exactly what work is to be undertaken. There are no nasty surprises, we include everything. VAT is included as are any charges for waste disposal, scaffolding etc.

How much money is paid upfront?

We require a 5% deposit to secure a start date, this is non - refundable but it gives you a 14 day cooling of period from the date of you signing your contract.

How quickly will my building project be completed?

As a rule we only undertake a maximum of two projects at any one time. This enables us to agree a start and finish date with you. This also enables us to ensure we have tradesmen / builders on site everyday.
