1 & 2. Inspection chamber must have been knocked during construction. The level cover and frame doesn't connect to the riser. Surrounding aggregate falling into the chamber.nn3. Large open joint and debris in the chamber.nn4. Damaged meter box.nn5. Where brickwork was incorrectly set out and removed, the damp proof membrane (radon barrier) is no longer lapped correctly into the damp proof course as per the requirements of NHBC Clause 5.1. nn6. Blockwork visible right of bay window roof.nn7. Damaged window lintel.nn8 & 9. Very poorly placed loft insulation, particularly above the frequently used family bathroom. This was marked as a 'major' due to the increased risk of condensation related issues.
