Professional Home Inspectors in Farnham

Dilapidations Schedule Services Perry Hill Chartered Surveyors provides bespoke strategic advice for a range of private and corporate and commercial clients. We can manage everything from preparing and issuing formal Schedules of Dilapidation and Wants of Repair to priced schedules and quantified demands. These are required where a lease has ended, and the tenant is obliged to repair, decorate or reinstate a property. We have extensive experience in drafting of schedules, assessing liability and negotiating dilapidations disputes. Beginning with an examination of leasing documents and building inspection, we determine required actions for either landlord or tenant as regards repairs and reinstatement.
