Grade 2 Listed Building End Of Tenancy Clean. This property has to be one of the oldest buildings we have cleaned. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sets of stairs and a basement, set over 4 floors - the original woodwork and beams needed a gentle touch to clean. Our initial walk through before proceeding with our clean, saw all 3 of our staff (myself included) returning to some kind of child-like excited state over the many quirks of the home. With so many nooks, passages through cupboards and the original beams throughout the house, it was a pleasure to clean this beautiful home. It's very rare we see these properties on the rental market, so was a breath of fresh air for the team. We'd love to see more of these properties!
