This project was to demolish the poorly constructed retaining wall and steps that was only installed 7 years ago. The existing slab area was adjusted to increase the lawn area slightly and incorporated an area to store bins. The existing patio drainage system was repositioned. A new retaining structure was constructed using treated softwood sleepers with new drainage. The steps were reconstructed using the existing slabs with new tumbled blocks. nThe joints to the existing patio had failed due to poor workmanship, the joints were ground out and new resin jointing compound installed. ✅...
