We have used collards for quite some time at our garage for bin collection as we are in Cardiff Road. There was some confusion with the invoices that we hadn't paid as they were in our old garage name and not at our new address. It was sorted painlessly with your accounts department who kindly reprinted all the invoices with our new name. A short while ago I had two skips at different addresses in Woodley. Each booking was easy to make with sensible and efficient ppl at the other end of the phone. everything went like clockwork . The second skip needed some pallets to prevent my drive being damaged by the skip. This was organised over the phone and they were waiting for me at the yard as promised. I run a business and it is a pleasure to deal with an extremely well run operation with tremendous communication and efficiency. Even the delivery driver had time to chat and was pleasant and polite.
