A) For deliveries, generally skips are placed on driveways. The driver will check with you for the placement of the skip. The driver will then position his lorry to be able to drop the skip in the requested space, start to lift the skip up on its chains, off of the lorry and onto the ground where the requested space is.

A) Payment can be made via card, cash, bank transfer or cheque. This can be card over the phone/online, bank transfer online or cash/cheque to the driver. Payment can be on booking, delivery or collection as long as payment is received before we take your skip away.

Some other companies, who are not fully licenced waste disposal companies, may seem cheaper and this may be because they are collecting your rubbish and fly-tipping it elsewhere.

A) A caged van is a type of vehicle we can use for waste collections instead of a skip. Similar to a load and wait, we would wait on site for up to 1 hour whilst it is loaded by you. A caged van is roughly equivalent to the size of a 10-yard skip. Caged vans are convenient for quick waste removal. We can only accept up to around 1 tonne worth of rubbish so generally there cannot be any bulky/heavy material on a caged van.

A) A waste broker acts as a contact between a skip company and a customer to arrange a job. Usually, they would call around for the customer to get them the best price. Waste brokers do not own a skip or a lorry.
