What is allowed in a hardcore skip?

Clean Concrete and rubble only. Please do not include soil, turf, clay, chalk, tarmac, stones or any other waste types (additional charges will apply).

What is not permitted in any skip?

The following items are not permitted in any skip or container: Any type of battery Any type of pressure vessel including aerosols, this includes gas bottles Clinical waste Fluorescent tubes Food waste Hazardous materials (including asbestos) Liquids (including fuels, oils, paint and solvents)

Where should i place my skip?

For homeowners, proper placement of the skip is crucial. A skip typically requires an entrance width of 11 feet (3.4 meters) and can be up to 12 feet long. While most driveways can accommodate skips, it's important to assess the quality of the surface, considering the weight of the lorries. Additionally, factors such as exposed drain covers, low-hanging branches, or limited access should be taken into account. We highly recommend providing detailed information when placing your skip order. Feel free to contact us if you have any uncertainties or questions.

Do I need a permit/licence for delivery of a skip?

Should the skip be destined for placement on public property, such as a highway or council-owned area, we will coordinate the acquisition of a skip permit from your local council. Additionally, we will arrange for proper lighting and the placement of cones on the skip to ensure compliance with regulations.

How do I pay?

All of our payments go through our online portal. Should you need to pay for any additional items a payment link will be emailed to you via an invoice.
