Natasha was extremely pro-active and efficient and ensured the whole process went as smoothly as possible. We were in a lengthy chain and Natasha was truly amazing at communicating with all parties and without her skills I believe it likely the chain could have collapsed. We felt completely looked after throughout the whole process and we were never made to feel a nuisance despite all our questions, which were always answered promptly and thoroughly. Without Natasha the purchase process would have been extremely stressful but her professionalism and advice made the process much easier. Rachael was also extremely helpful when we were viewing properties.
