Following one of the wettest winters in recent memory (I'm sure there's a stat out there somewhere), our lawns would really appreciate some air now more than ever. More than 90% of our lawns are on clay soils. These soils are great at holding onto water. They soon get very sticky and even unworkable at times through the winter. When it comes to sports turf, many surfaces benefit from aeration on a monthly basis with differing types of tine (spikes). Whilst we're not asking you to pay for that on your lawn(!), aerating on an annual basis is a must to give your lawn every opportunity to thrive 🌱 Over the years, our continued growth has allowed us to invest in aeration machinery that is better than what a hire shop will stock. If we're only going to do this once per year, then we're sure going to do it properly! This also means aerating in the right conditions.
