Q: Should I replace the locks if I have moved?
Often, there will be many copies of a key. They are given to neighbours, dog walkers and tradesmen, for example. Therefore, so that you know exactly which keys exist for your house, it is advisable to change your locks when you move into your new home.
Q: My door handle is dropping - why?
There could be an issue with the handle springs. Alternatively, the locking mechanism / gearbox is faulty and will need probably need replacing. We will assess and fix the problem.
Q: What is the most secure type of lock?
The quality of the lock is largely determined by the cost. This reflects how secure it is. An example of a good quality lock would be a 1 or 3 star anti snap lock.
