All residential customers signing up for our regular window cleaning service sign up via our direct debit system. For our one-off services, we will send over our payment options. An invoice will be sent for commercial customers.

We clean in all seasons Including light to medium rain and snow. Rainwater Is 99% pure just like our own pure water so will not have any effect on the quality of our work. Our promise to you Is that the results will be the same. We will not clean your windows In persistent heavy rain, winds, thunderstorms or heavy snow due to the safety of our staff.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint if this relates to our cleaning processes or final finish we aim to resolve this immediately and our operators will return the same day or at the latest the following day. If your complaint relates to employee conduct this will be investigated immediately and a full response will be provided within 2 working days.

Our operators are trained to the highest standards but we are aware that accidents can happen. Where there is clear evidence or information to suggest that we have damaged your property or items we will notify you and steps will be taken to resolve the matter as quickly as possible for you and you will also be notified of any disciplinary proceedings and will be notified of our action. We will not accept liability of any existing damage, or lack of general property maintenance issues you may have had.

All gutter work is carried out safely from the ground using our 40ft extendable pole and camera system we are able to assess the area and clear and debris, dirt, grass and leaves from your gutters and downpipes.
