When I got to this house, several windows were stuck shut. Clients feared the worst and were thinking they needed new windows. My guess on the phone was new mechanisms, but luckily for the client the handles were just stuck in the locked position. So fortunately for them it was a simple handle open and replacement which is about as cheap as it gets! And luckily because of my comprehensive stock, I was able to change all 8 handles in one visit!
