Here is a recent emergency job we completed in Central London. We were called out to remove a snapped key which was jammed inside a disabled toilet lock. Once the broken key was removed, we had to replace the lock case as it was damaged due to the forced attempts by staff members trying to remove the key. We supplied and fitted a new Radar lock case, the disabled toilet is now working as it should be with the internal locking handle that lifts up to lock the door and the external key which opens the latch from the outside.
