FAQs

Are guests allowed to stay?

Yes, guests are allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 nights a week. If you need your guests to stay longer then you will need written permission from Atha Students.

When can I move in?

You can move in from the start date of your contract. Please let Atha Students know your anticipated move in day and time so we can make sure your room is 100% ready for you.

When do I get my deposit back?

Once you have left the accommodation Atha Students will inspect your room for any damage and the cleanliness of the room. Atha Students will make deductions to your Deposit amount that equal the cost of repair work or professional cleaners. The amount will need to be agreed by you. Once agreed the deposit will be released and you will have it back in a couple of days.
