Tenancy Agreement and Tenant Applications We will carry out comprehensive credit and identity checks and obtain employment, character and previous landlord’s references. 4. Commencement of Tenancy and Inventory A professional Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property will be prepared by inventory clerk including photographic evidence. At the check-in appointment and before occupation, the Tenant is required to sign the Tenancy Agreement, the inventory and Schedule of Condition; pay one month’s rent in advance and a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent. 5. End of Tenancy Once either party has served notice, a check-out inspection using the Inventory and Schedule of Condition will be carried out.
