Yet at last night at 9pm we were collecting replacement signed documents from a buyer so they could be picked up from us at 4am this morning by a taxi & driven 4.5 hours to reach the buyers solicitor for 9am this morning. (Documents that were supposed to arrive by Special Delivery on Monday 😩) Our sale is going to go through either way but if it doesn’t complete today our sellers mortgage offer expires for her onward purchase, buying a house is then off the cards for her & she becomes homeless. …We go the extra mile, not for our commission, but for our clients and because we genuinely care.
