Moving more new neighbours onto the Maple Park development! ☺️ At the time this buyer viewed he had actually taken his house off the market as he couldn’t find, then this property came up & he fell in love! As soon as he expressed his interest, I got on the phone to the estate agent he had previously sold through to see if the buyer they had before would still be on board. They made a few calls & discovered they would still be interested. Not only was this buyer the highest offer but news of this complete chain put him in a fantastic position too, and I was able to get his offer accepted. I could’ve encouraged the buyer to market with me instead & found him a buyer myself, but I didn’t even have this conversation as it would have delayed matters for everyone and I personally didn’t feel this was in my sellers, or buyers, best interests. It’s not all about hitting targets for me, it’s about doing right by my clients. When it’s a local agent that are a pleasure to work with, it makes all the difference too. I was more than happy to pick up the phone to them & reignite that sale for them. Another fantastic stress-free experience for my sellers and buyers.
