Another project finished today on Prestbury. This swimming pool was having major problems with condensation which has lead to all the flat roofs rotting due to the lack of Vcl and cavity tray to the external parapets. The flat roofs were stripped back, Vapour control layer installed, new 120mm insulation, plywood and finished in a charcoal built up felt system. The walls had the copings removed, code 5 milled lead cavity tray installed and the copings refitted.
