What Methods of Payment do you Accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards except American Express. Please note credit cards are subject to a 2% credit card fee which will be added to your order.

Some of the Edges of my Slates are Chipped?

Natural Stone Products can contain small blemishes, fissures and sometimes chipping at the edges, this is to be expected with this type of material and irregularities can be easily be remedied during fitting by using the correct grout.

What Happens if my Goods are Damaged in Transit?

If the order was delivered by a courier please call us to inform us immediately, make sure you sign for the goods as damaged. It is important that you inspect your goods before the driver leaves. We may require a photograph of the damaged goods in order to pursue a claim. In some cases we may collect the damaged goods.

Which Products will need to be Sealed?

It is advisable to seal natural stone to protect from grease, water and dirt. This includes basins & polished stone tiles. Tiles should normally be sealed before and after grouting for maximum protection. The instructions for using the sealant will be on the tin or downloaded from the sealer section of the website.

Which Sealent should I use?

We have a range of sealants which work with different products. If you do not want the colour of the stone to change, we advise our product R R Stone Ltd Ultima, however many stones are enhanced by applying R R Stone Ltd Stoneseal. Please call us if you are unsure as to which products to use.
