How do I order my Windows and Doors?

Using our WindowBuilder you are able to design and order your new windows in a simple step by step process. If you are looking to purchase a new timber door, please use our DoorBuilder.

Can you talk me through the ordering process?

Never a problem! If you are struggling with any part of the design process or have any uncertainties, we are always happy to talk this through over the phone on 01782 644871. Or, if you prefer, we can simply take your order over the phone.

How accurate are the sizes on the WindowBuilder?

While all dimensions provided by the WindowBuilder are completely accurate we would always advise allowing yourself an additional 10mm surrounding your window / door for fitting purposes.

How long should we expect to wait from order to delivery?

This will depend if you choose to go for Pre-finished windows or Self finished windows. Our pre-finished windows take between 6 and 8 weeks. Where as our self-finished windows can be delivered in as little as 7-10 working days (could increase slightly during busy periods). If you need an accurate lead time, please call us on 01782 644871.

What if the courier damages my item?

We deliver our windows & doors on our own vehicles with our own drivers so we can ensure that everything gets to you in perfect condition. In rare circumstances we may have no option but to use external couriers. Should there be any damage in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we would be more than happy to send out any necessary replacements.
