How long does it take to dry after cleaning?

With our professional machines being the best on the market you it should only take around 2 hours to dry. However, drying times may be affected by different factors such as temperature and humidity.

Will my carpet shrink?

Some carpets are prone to shrinkage but with our years of experience we will be able to spot this and use the correct cleaning method to ensure it is cleaned safely

Will I need to move furniture?

We ask if you can move anything small and breakable before we arrive. Larger items of furniture such as bed, wardrobes and chest of draws we will need to be informed.

How often should I get my carpets and upholstery cleaned?

Carpets we recommend every 12-18 months to extend your carpet life. Upholstery we recommend at least once a year to ensure its look as good as when you first bought it. These time frames can vary depending on the property. Factors such as children, animals and high traffic can affect these. One of our experienced technicians will give you a recommendation after cleaning.

Will my carpets get dirtier quicker after cleaning?

Carpets getting dirtier quicker is caused by poor cleaning and use of detergents. Carpets are not rinsed correctly to ensure they are PH balanced and this then allows the carpet to act as a magnet and attract dirt. We have years of experience and always leave your carpets Neutral and fluffy
