FAQs

Do you move furniture?

We will carefully move smaller items such as occasional tables, however due to safety reasons we cannot move Welsh dressers or large tv units or large sofa's.

Are you cleaning products safe?

Our cleaning solutions are baby safe, pet safe and asthma and allergen friendly. All solutions we use are non-detergent and eco-friendly. We do not use any harsh chemicals.

How long will it take for my carpets to dry?

Your carpets will take about 2-4hrs to dry under normal conditions. Drying times do vary due to a number of factors. For instance, wool is more absorbent than man-made fibres, hence a woollen carpet will take longer to dry. Weather is another determining factor. In hot weather, your carpets will dry rapidly compared to colder weather. Therefore, we advise you to leave some sort of heating on to aid drying, especially when the humidity is high. We also advise to leave windows open to aid airflow.

Are you qualified?

I am fully qualified and highly skilled trained technician. I have completed and passed the NCCA exam and have been trained to British Standards PAS 86:2008. The NCCA only grants membership to highly skilled technicians. I have also completed the carpet, upholstery and advanced stain removal course by Solutions.
