FAQs

Does cleaning the carpets mean they get dirtier again more quickly?

No. This would be the case if oil-based shampoos or cheap store cleaning solutions are used. Some cheap solutions will leave residue on the carpet which will lead to re soiling. We use eco-friendly detergents that if any residue was left would simply crystallise and be removed at the next time of vacuuming.

Will cleaning the carpets/upholstery shorten the lifespan of them?

No. regularly cleaning your carpet and upholstery prolongs the lifespan as the soil particles, i.e. dirt, grazes the fibres wear them down. Cleaning the carpets and upholstery removes the soil and therefore increases the longevity for up to four years.

What system do you use to clean carpets?

After establishing the type of carpet, we will use the most suitable system, whether it be low moisture system for water sensitive carpets or hot water extraction for a deeper clean.
