If you're not in or don't answer the door when we arrive then we will wait until the end of the planned arrival window which is normally 30 minutes. We will also send a text message to the mobile number that we have on file to say that we have arrived and there's no answer. We reserve the right to leave the premises at the end of our arrival window and all re-bookings are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Synthetic carpets usually dry between 4 - 6 hours, wool and wool mix between 6-8 hours. Drying times are a guide only and can take longer if the air temperature is lower than 22 degrees. Air flow is important, so it is advised to leave a few windows and/ or doors slightly open until the carpets are dry. Drying advice will be given at the end of the clean and also on the invoice.

It is always advised to have children out of the room(s) being cleaned as there are trip hazards including hoses etc. Once the cleaning is completed then it's fine to re-enter the room(s). Pets are also advised to be out of the room(s) until cleaning has been completed.

Yes. If there is nowhere to park at a client's address and we have to use a car park or on-street parking where there is a charge, this is passed on to the client and added to the invoice total. It is always best to supply this information upon contacting us. Access to the property is required at all times.

We need to use 3 different plug sockets in different rooms for our machine to operate properly. This is for the heater, the pumps, vacuum motors and vacuum booster and these could trip the RCD board if the machine is plugged in on one ring circuit. If there is a socket that is damaged or could cause a potential issue, then this will be pointed out to the client.
