Berkshire Facilities Management Ltd are looking for a reliable and efficient Cleaning Operative to joinnour team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised environmentnfor multiple sites in Reading and surrounding areas.nJob Title: Full time travelling cleaning operative.nSalary: £12 p/h monthly PAYE.nHours: Full time, 40+ per week. Various shift patterns Am and Pm, weekdays and weekends.nResponsibilities:n• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.n• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas.n• Cleaning windows, walls and mirrors.n• Emptying of general waste/recycling.n• Replenishing consumables, e.g. soap, paper towels and toilet roll.n• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.nRequirements:n• Must be 30 years of age or above for insurance reasons for the use of our company vehicle.n• Full UK driving licence.n• Enhanced DBS check.n• Ability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and help to cover sicknessnand absence.n• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and/or part of a team.n• Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.nIf you are interested please call our office or send me a private message with your contact number and I will give you a call.
