There was one issue found on move out where the cooker had not been cleaned behind it - even though we had not requested it, and CS terms stated they don't do that unless the cooker is pulled out they happily came out the following morning to meet the accommodation officer as we had already moved to sort the issue and ensure we were completely happy - much appreciated and took pressure off us at a stressful time!

The booking process was easy, which I really appreciated as I live many miles away from my father.
