A really great company, I have only had seamless support and great service (both labour and customer service). I needed a plumber as soon as possible on a Friday and John clearly put in a lot of effort to find one. Within 3 hours of the job request, both Clayton and Charlie attended my property and worked on the boiler. They explained, in great detail, the state of the issue and explained the different routes of fixing the issue. They offered a great and reasonably priced service for a new boiler that would be completed only over 2 days with a 10 year warranty. The previous boiler was rather uncommon and old and would cost considerably more to maintain than to simply have a new one installed; saving me a lot of money for the future. Trish was really helpful and Dan was a pleasure to deal with.
Dan was able to change the broken part on the boiler and shortly had everything working again.
He kindly asked any other problems in my flat and fixed them all.
Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity.
Her service was impeccable, and she was incredibly friendly and polite throughout our phone conversation.
Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.
