From the first contact with Jess, to the fitting of our imitation log fire, with surround, by Alex and the lads, the experience was very favourable.

We chose Alex and his team to install a small log burner stove with mantle and hearth.

When Alex came, he understood exactly what I wanted, and proposed 3 different solutions very clearly different in price, look, ease to use, etc, but all meeting my specs: heating my treatment room to a very nice warm temperature, so my client don't feel cold when they come.
